When Dealing with Zeneeze Decor You can be confident that all your details are protected by the latest security mechanisms.
We will take the necessary steps to assess your warranty claim and will contact you to advise of the outcome within a reasonable time frame. Once your claim has been approved we will advise the steps for remediation. If we are unable to repair or replace the item within a reasonable period of time, we will offer a refund. Refunds will normally be processed within ten (10) days. Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method used.
While Zeneeze Decor works hard to maintain accurate content on the website, occasionally there may be incorrect information displayed or system related faults. This could include an incorrect price, photo, colour variation, stock level or description. You acknowledge and agree that Zeneeze Decor reserves the right to make changes to the information on the website at any time without notice and can cancel any order based on incorrect information or affected by any system related fault.
